So the reason I haven't been producing any more music over the last like... 4 months is because I've been having issues making anything remotely sounding good... at all. I just can't seem to piece anything together at all... and when I finally have something good sounding, I have no idea where to go with it. I just... I just feel so lost.

I know exactly how you feel. I've been in that mode for the last two years, 98% of the time.
some times it helps to take long breaks with absolutely no interaction with music making. That means, don't even open up FL studio or whatever you use for atleast two weeks. and then the inspiration may come back, and the stuff that you make will sound better to you as you have been been 'deprived' the same way stale food would taste good if you were starving...
It's been almost 2 months since I've opened FL Studio 10... And I still couldn't get anything working last night, no matter how hard I tried to work on a few of the songs I've had on standby. I just hope that the block doesn't last much longer because I don't want it to be a year or two before I put anything out again. >.>'
